INSTANT KHARVAS
Ingredients:
Full Cream Milk 200 gm
Milk Powder 60 gm
Hung Curd 200 gm
Condensed Milk 200 gm
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Method :
In a bowl, take milk, milk powder, condensed milk and hung curd. whisk it till it becomes smooth in consistency. pour the mixture in a tin. Sprinkle cardamom powder on it and put the tin in a steamer for steaming upto 30 - 35 min. Remove from steamer . Cool down at room temperature. keep it in fridge for setting. After setting cut the kharvas into pieces and serve.
