Oh my goodness, this butter chicken recipe is soooo good I added a bag of frozen mixed veggies ( peas,carrots,corn and green beans at the end with a can of coconut milk 🤓 yummmm

I can never find garam masala but it's still really good

Try mixing 1 teaspoon of cumin with 1/4 teaspoon allspice for every teaspoon of garam masala. Not the same, but close :)

Hi Dave! I would keep the cooking time the same. It will take longer to come to pressure and I would also allow for 15-20 minutes of natural release.

Yes you can! I would recommend using equal amounts of canned full fat coconut milk or canned cream of coconut (both work well in place of the heavy cream)

What is preventing you from putting bone in parts if you prefer?

Hey there! If you want to use this with bone-in thighs or legs, I would brown the chicken well. Then increase the cooking time to 12 minutes on high pressure.

It is not overly spicy at all and the addition of cream calms down the spice level.

i love your recipes . but can you get rid of the music it's very annoying. and did you know they make an instant pot clip, so the inner pot doesn't spin around.
