Instant Pot Chicken and Dumplings

I made it for dinner and it was perfect. It was flavorful and very thick. My husband is taking leftovers to work with him. I probably used more biscuit dough that necessary but I really like having a dumpling in every bite. Just so happy to find a recipe without vegetables.

Tried to make this tonight followed the directions to the t. Set the pot on 3 mins like you said and it burned. I clean out pot and put food in again, and it burned again so what am I doing wrong??

if I let it naturally release pressure for about 30 minutes, will it affect the consistency of the dumplings? thinking about taking my daughter for a bike ride around neighborhood while waiting for the instant pot to cook.
