Hey Jeff, great recipe. I adapted it for my wife who is lactose intolerant. Lactose free milk instead of cream/ half and half, little bit of flour and water for thickening, lactose free cream cheese and cheddar/parm (ok for lactose intolerant). Tastes great, wife loves it. Keep up the good work!

Your site is my “go to” FIRST in what to make. My favorite is the peanut sesame noodles that I add chicken to for a one pot dinner. Best flavor by far. Could eat this every night for a year and never get tired of it. Thank you for all the Asian inspired recipes. My faves! Thank you so much for the hard work in putting these on for all of us to enjoy. Keep them coming! Awesome!
