Instant Pot Vegan Cauliflower Celery Root Soup

This warming winter soup is so easy to make. And it is delicious too!
If you can't find a celery root or celeriac, you could use the same amount of celery and cook the whole soup for about 7 minutes in the Instant Pot instead of 10.

At 3:24 I give the ingredients in the video, about 3 cups cauliflower, 3 cups celeriac, a couple of cloves garlic, a piece of lemon peel and I used lime in the video, 1 tbl herbs de province, 1/4 cup unsalted bouillon, and 3 cups water.
