Insulating the copper pipes in my utility room

In this video I enlisted the help of my good buddies at Mid-Iowa Environmental to help insulate the copper piping in my utility room for my geothermal heating and cooling system.

Why didn't they use hanger blocks? Do you have condensation problems at your hangers?
