When not a bad time, follow-up questions on, "1 mil liability, 100k cargo and unlimited mileage commercial insurance policy" Attempting to safely minimize insurance costs: A) Would Eagle Express like drivers to have bank notes and deposits insurance added on? B) Comparing different states for nationwide commercial insurance rates. Seemed like Wisconsin, Maine, Montana are on the less expensive side $300-$700/month. While Mississippi was more expensive $1000/month. Note: Driver's License state = Wisconsin which could effect it. Perhaps I should move for efficient commercial insurance rates, would not mind. Is this a crazy idea? Any thoughts would be appreciated. C) Off the top of your head, any other mistakes that below average people make on getting commercial insurance inefficiently?

No to a. And if it's cheaper to move to a certain state u are welcome to do so if you don't have anyone holding u where u are now. Saving money is like putting it back in your pocket. I'm all for it.

Currently i am doing gig works but i will also try to get contract works as well once i find the right contact. What should i put as business description? I am driving a 2017 Ford Transit 250 - Cargo Transport (for a fee) - Contract carrier/ Trucking - Courier Local Delivery Documents and packages - Delivery Service ( Local, Parcel ) - Delivery services ( LTL, Freight ) - General Freight Hauler Mind sharing your opinion and experience?

Better gas mileage. And cutaways mostly are dot compliant with log books scales etc this is not.

Insurance can get to be a ripoff why pay all of that for cheap freight

It's a requirement. If you don't have the correct insurance then you can't haul freight.
