InTech Step Debacle for my 2022 Sol Horizon

InTech Step Debacle for my 2022 Sol Horizon. The most expensive RV steps on the market, made by InTech for my InTech travel trailer do not allow the door to close because the retractable leg design is flawed. Even after being sent redesigned legs as an acknowledgment that they know the design was flawed, the legs still do not retract far enough to allow the stairs to be lowered to clear the door. The original leg design didn't clear by at least 1/2", the newly redesigned legs still don't clear by at least 1/4". Being a recreational vehicle where the owner can never guarantee the levelness of a parking area- the design can't even handle a level concrete slab. InTech states I am not the only owner who reports problems, promises to help me, but gives no timeframe. I am in the field with my camper- this is not a situation where my camper is stored unused. This needs to be InTech's highest priority due to the excessive cost of these steps FAR above industry norm. This is wholly unacceptable.
