Wow this is future of RAM. When will you be reviewing the latest Intel cpus?

Intel needs to nail this generation, we already have AMD basically doing what intel did back in the 14++.... Era, yes zen 5 is faster even from a single core standpoint, and they improved the heat trapping issues of older Ryzen CPUs too. But somehow the x870e chipset kinda feels limiting in comparison. Hopefully both Ryzen 7/9 X3D and ultra 7/9 would be great as both are using TSMC now

well it looks like 9000 x3d chips are going to smoke intel it's sad to because im a bit of a intel fan boy

@@delon-96yup. X3d is already lil faster than 14900k in gaming, new Intel will be slower than 14900k and 9800x3d will be at least 10% faster than 7800x3d and it seems that 7000 vs 9000 has zen5 quite a big uplift in low percentile fps. AMD will be alone up front at least for a while. Nice to see Intel get the second generation of competition to nudge them into innovation. With the uplift in server applications in zen5.. it seems like zen5 was exactly what AMD wanted. It isn't an insane gaming architecture but will still win.

It is so nuts that you say AMD is doing what Intel did lmao you seriously do not know what you're talking about. AMD got an uplift in performance per watt and raw performance with zen4 to zen5. Intel literally JUST had 4 releases back to back of the same architecture with increasing power consumption. If anyone is going what Intel did in the 14++++.. it's Intel. I am a famboi for the truth lol you should see what that has to offer.

@@christophermullins7163 have you seen the feature gigabyte boards are bringing with a bios update it boosts the new x3d chip up to 30% or something

@@delon-96 I hope it's good tho, still waiting for both ultra 9 and X3d to come out before I get an upgrade.

The CAMM2 was interesting when I first heard about it, however on this first round of MB’s they don’t appear on anyone line up, especially MSI. Where the March computer show’s video was showing the Project Zero Plus with that CAMM2. Does anyone have any insight on when we should expect an actually product delivery? Thanks for the video and explaining the new RAM memory options coming for computer building!

Hi guys, when the new PC built giveaway will come out? I think many of as want to see the difference and the sweet spot on the new Ryzen X/B870/850 motherboards. On some sides AMD are promoting the new 8000 Mhz on there new series as a standard, if worth the money. Need to test in practice 🙏✌️

It's not worth for AMD because IF is holding it back. Best you can get for AMD is 6400 CL28 1:1

Any word on which OEMs will be the first to release CAMM2 boards? Are any of them talking about a release date yet?
@Guru_10925 күн бұрын
@@mikefurlong8025 Dell first due to them creating the concept. Afterwards, I suspect Lenovo and HP due to their prevalence in the enterprise field, then the other OEMs likely.

I run my 14900k at 8400 mhz. I bet these will go above 10k pretty quickly. It feels like a battle between memory latency vs capacity of l3, and memory latency is never going to get faster right and unless you're running a very large complex game you're pretty unlikely to hit the bandwidth cap. So does it come down to hit rate? If we get like 20% then yes faster memory is great because in all likely hood if the hit rate is low we probably will need more bandwidth anyway because it's likely to be like a large game. If we get 50% then there isn't a memory kit that will be made in the next 10 years that will beat it. I wish we had some actual data on hit rates, would be great to do some maths on this stuff.

I'm thinking about going to Intel with all the poor support from Windows and AMD as Intel has faster RAM choices.

cudimm or camm2 for raw performance

What about CU-CAMM? Would that be possible? If so, that would be crazy.

Should be, CU-DIMMs are electrically identical to regular DIMMs.

Now you just have to benchmark it against ryzens last gen to see that intel didn't improve anything except some compute processes. O lder zen 4 is still faster. Hopefully this is a step towards non self-destructive chips? Let's hope
