The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I found this video in my work out notebook, I did it exactly one year ago, with a 10kg (22Lb) kettlebell and cannot finish it and even threw up ( I was 20Kg (44Lb) overweigh and weak) reading and seing this, today I did it again with a 16Kg(32Lb) kettlebell, and Oh boy, felt like just a warm-up I could easily double the session, made me really proud of myself

Amazing workout! I came to KZbin for a dumbbell workout. With my kids home for summer, it's hard to get into the gym. I used -15-25 lb dumbbells throughout the workout. I did have to pause the video a few times to catch my breathe. I ended up burning 350 calories! The sweat was real! Best at home workout yet! Thank you so much! Instant fan!

Found your channel about a month ago and happy I did. I enjoy your workouts. For the past two days I have missed the workouts due to my work schedule. So I was thinking today what workout should I do? Legs, upper body or abs, Hey how about this 30 min. HIIT workout with dumbbells'. Obviously I missed the "killer" part in the title. I did this workout using 30 lbs and 20 lbs dumbbells'. I was thinking there was going to be a 40 second break in between a set so I kept going. That pushed me to complete this workout on time. Great HIIT workout. I will continue to come back to this one. I also like the no repeat type of workouts, because it keeps my mind fresh and willing to take on a new challenge. I appreciate the work you are giving us.

So glad i did it. i love the big compound movements. i change up the lunges with dumb bell raises. just so fun and got me in a sweat. Thank you for making it no nonsense.

Completed with 20lbs dumbells for my first time running through. Awesome workout will build up to 30s!

Wow, great sweat. Couldn't do lunges because of bad knee, but everything else was great. Big sweat.
