Honestly, I dreaded this workout after looking at the exercises I’d be doing. My mind told me I’m too tired and achey I put on my runners and did it! 10l lb weights. Modified the rows, but used the stability ball for the chest press. I’m so proud that I powered through and finished! I’ve gained 10 lbs over the summer. Feeling a little frustrated. But like Pj mentioned, I ould care less if I look hot in a bikini 👙

Anything involving the "hip hinge" where I pull in abs and bend just right so I don't hit myself with the dumbbells is more challenging for me...my least favorite...therefore the one that I need most. I am more than happy to support P.J. on Patreon. I get a huge bang for my buck; she's the BEST!!

Absolutely LOVED this workout! Although when you said SIX rounds I thought you were a bits nuts- LOL It went surprisingly fast though, and the moves had a really nice flow. My favorite was the crush press and my least favorite was the push press- I had to drop from my 12's down to my 8's for the last few rounds on that one. Thank you so much for putting out these excellent workouts PJ! One of the best fitness decisions I ever made was to subscribe to Patreon- you've helped me take my fitness to a whole new level!

Fantastic workout! I had a hard time keeping good form during the final round for the squat movements and had to turn my brain on to correct myself when I felt the form slipping. It looks like I need to go buy some 12 lb weights this weekend. Had some energy left with the 10s, so I did the ab finisher too.

I don't think I've ever sweated so much through a workout routine! My hair is drenched! Truth be told, I needed to stop the video once or twice, but I did finish and did the stretches as well. I love stretching! I stuck with my 8lbs throughout, but who knows, maybe 2 years from now I'll be using 10 or maybe 15lbs. To answer your question, I'm like you, PJ, not a fan of the dumbell clean, but do like the crush press, and renegade kickbacks (on my knees).

This truly is THE BEST dumbbell circuit workout! LOVED that I worked up a sweat without having to jump around. Favourite exercise was the renegade row with tricep kickback. However, my husband is not going to like you very much. I have 5lb dumbbells up to 17.5 lb. The only ones I'm missing are the 12lb, so had to use 10lb (15s way too heavy for this one). Now I'll have buy 12lb ones. :)

Didn't love the push press, which is why I was so pleased you missed it in the 2nd set ;-) And totally with you on the crush press - lying down is the best 💖

I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE HARDEST WORKOUTS! I ALWAYS TRY TO USE THE SAME WEIGHT AS YOU AND I DID USE THE 12'S. MY HARDEST PART IS MY SHOULDERS LIFTING 12 POUNDS. Par Excellence! My favorite exercise of this series was a toss-up between the piston rows and X squat-clean-press (I can't remember the names exactly). 🌞👍 LEAST favorite is easy...I have such a hard time with plank renegade rows!! Why are they so hard 😫😭 I'm very dramatic today for a 46 year old woman 🎭

Enjoy that, and challenged myself with heavier dumbbells. I thought the dumbell snatch would be an issue for my shoulder, but no. I think the 25 day challenge helped improve that. I always struggle with the up down changes though, I have a pause button to help out there. Doing the add ons were good too. Thanks 😊

This was intense! 6 rounds with hardly any rest---it really kept the heart rate up! 💗 Started it with 6.1kg (13.4lbs) weights, but had to drop down to my 10lbs so as to pace myself. Next time I do this I'll try to keep my heavier weights throughout 😉💪🔥

Wow - made it through all 6 rounds with 12s! I had to do the standing kick-backs though because 12 was just too much for the renegade row/kickback and I didn't want to get up and get a lighter dumbbell LOL! I also didn't think I'd make all 6 rounds, but I stuck with it! Thanks for another great workout!

Was able to use 12 pounds all the way through. Renegade rows used to be extremely difficult for me, but they don't seem so difficult anymore, so something must be getting stronger!!!

This was one intense sweaty strength workout, I loved it. I managed to use my 8kg dumbbells throughout. I struggled with the front squats, you'll be happy to hear that the air was blue at that point. Oh and I do believe you missed the front squats in round 4, or maybe I just chose to block them out of my mind and did them without thinking 🤣 x

Wow, that felt like hard work this morning- been suffering from a heavy cold all week and needed a couple of rests but on the plus side I finally converted the pounds for the weights you were using into kg and found they were the same weight as yours😀

Second time I’ve done this one. It’s a good sweaty one. Six rounds were a killer. My least favorite was the renegade row to tricep kickback. Thx PJ. Loved it!

Wow! I have been doing the 30 day osteoporosis program and some of the October calendar workouts - BUT. Lordy mercy - this was intense - and great. My hardest move was the renegade kick-back plank. OMG! I kept my 12s but number of reps went down to be sure. Thank you for the push - I am def taking a rest day tomorrow though! LOL!

Hi PJ! Loved this workout in such a short time and it went quicker than I thought cause I wasn’t really wanting to workout today. So thank you! My worst exercise was the same as yours lol! I was wondering if you could assist me what exercise to choose on my i watch for your met con or the other workouts you have? I just want to know for my workout purposes and tracking calorie burn and such. I subscribed to your channel a little before Covid hit and you’ve made a difference in my fitness so thank you for all your great workouts! 💞

Great workout. I am a sweaty mess but feel great. I stuck with my 12lbs. Especially after reading a comment where they used 8kg. Good for them. And I found exercise #1 the toughest as well and the push press the best, thanks PJ.

Brilliant hard workout PJ - this will be one I'll come back to - I had to swap to some of the alternative moves as 6 rounds was tough!!

That was amazing, and tbh the time flew by! Very easily modified as well... I am hot and sweaty!
