Great workout. Had to sub normal reverse lunges for the Bulgarians, I cheat, I push off my laces on the chair, killing my ankle, especially when my left glute should be working. See I wouldn't have known that without you teaching me about substituting, the old me would've stopped, packed a wobbly and sat on the couch! New me is much smarter!

The workout went by faster than I expected. It was great! I don’t want those “polished” workouts that you mentioned - I LOVE your workouts because you are genuine! Nothing fake! Bonus that you know your stuff and are a great trainer!

Ace sweaty workout. I do enjoy being able to incorporate the TRX and Bosu ball into workouts. They add a whole lot of fun and a different dynamic. Such fun. X

Not the hammer (supposed to be hammies) but the quad stretch. Today, though, my quads are sore from the blasted Bulgarian lunges. I really dislike those.

Great workout PJ. I like how there are different options and different equipment in your workouts and that you give alternative, not just motified😉, options. I enjoy the fact that you don't pretend to be perfect because none of are. Keep the videos coming my husband and I enjoy them very much.

Loved this workout, and all the others you post. You're the best thing on KZbin. I've watched PopSugar and some of the others and couldn't stick with them. You're "real", entertaining, and make working out fun! OMG, did I just say that?! I hate working out!! But not with you. I actually look forward to it and think to myself, "what is PJ going to have us to today? You never disappoint. Don't change a thing! You're perfect just the way you are.

40 minutes flew past! Great workout. Glad you said "bench." I have a weight bench here that was just the right height for the Bulgarians. I was using a folding chair, but too low and my quads where killing me! Thanks!

Awesome...tough way to start tuck jumps lol love using different equipment and you only have to purchase these things once then you are set. Tip for TRX squats for those who are a bit unstable (like me lol) have a back of chair next to you. PJ I love your babbling too don't change :P

Your stories are what make your workouts fun! The programming is effective and the chatter is amusing :-) Although... it is a bit challenging doing a Bulgarian lunge while cracking up! Just working those extra balance muscles- lol!

Great strength training workout, PJ! Also, the lower back moves and stretches couldn’t have been more timely. My LH was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, and come to find out, this is very common as we age! Who knew!? Your lower back moves and stretches are part of what PT is having LH do, and I am totally on board with making these moves part of my regimen. Once again, PJ, you are right on target with your workouts! Thanks! 💜

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have both the TRX and BOSU but I got them gradually. If money is a concern and when isn't it I would recommend the bosu first because its is less expensive. I love them both. Great work out PJ. This one is a true keeper!

Loved this strength workout pj it really got my heart pumping and because I got to use my favourite tools the trx and bosu !👍All I want to say is I love your babbling its what gets me through the workouts and a big "HELL NO"!!! to polished pj because I love the real pj so please don't ever change !! This is probably one of my most favorite if not my favorite workouts. I love the variety and speed of workout and oddly enough I have both a TRX and BOSU 🤔

Beckie (45) London UK subscribed. Absolutely love all your videos, they are exactly what I was looking for as you totally understand an older person’s requirements. Your videos are informative and funny and it really feels like I’m working out with a friend. My only problem is I keep saving each workout and there are not enough hours in the day to do them 😂 George and Bella dog are fabulous big hugs to them.

If people want to spend even more money…I LOVE my big 7’ x 5’ Gorilla Mat! ❤️ I originally got it for when I do yoga because I got tired of trying to do all those poses on those tiny yoga mats and my feet and hands were always sliding but now I love it for all my workouts 😊
