We are in the middle of an exceptional heat wave in the uk at the moment with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees, so I got up super early at 4.10am to get this one in! So glad I did as I was super sweaty by the end of this epic workout! Definitely felt every muscle had been rinsed for sure 😂 and feeling pretty epic as for the first time , managed 3 rounds of renegade rows with 7kg dumbells (15lbs) and stuck with them for the squat clean!Thanks Pj for the inspiration, motivation, laughs and awesome programs that have got me here! 🤗

I’m in Phoenix, and this definitely worked up a sweat! We are having some rain, so it cooled down from 43C to 34C lol. Loved the workout, it’s a good intense one for a short workout day.

You can always double the time on any of my stretches as I try to keep it short for KZbin but always do what feels best for your body and if you need more, I have longer stretch videos on my channel as well! 😀

Third time doing this one 10kg for renegade rows and chest press 7 kg for squat clean and 6 kg for the rest used a 5 kg for the rest last time ......followed up with an 8 km walk ....feeling good :)
