Hello. Due to numerous requests for belly workouts, I did a 10 minute workout. I know how much you love the plank and its various variations. In this video I've put together some great plank combinations and we'll have to sweat for 10 minutes. It won't be easy, but it's worth it.
The workout consists of almost 20 plank variations that must be performed for 30 seconds. The most difficult thing is that there is almost no rest in training, only in the middle of the training, but you still have to try to get to it.
I made the training as varied as possible to make it interesting and useful for you at the same time. Your goal is to reach the end. Professionals can try 2 laps.
