I don't get the move at 1:00:00, could someone explain why white can't just take the knight with either pawn or knight?

That's a tricky move brother.. after moving the knight the black bishop see's the white rook, and if the white knight takes the black knight then we take the white rook with our bishop and if the white knight takes our rook we take it back with the bishop... Simply quack🙂
