Shoe assembly seems to be very difficult to automate. I suspect this is primarily because of the myriad number of forms and styles.

В этом ролике швея заготовки верха обуви шьёт заготовку полностью в ручную. Для такой фабрики это странно. Есть швейные автоматы которые сами полностью сшивают верх обуви а швея только паралон и подкладу шьёт. А в общем норм. Но вот только способ изготовления обуви влечет не долговечность самой обуви.

@@rodney100100 There is no place where shoes are 'fully' automated. In fact they are still mostly handmade and this video shows the standard way of manufacturing shoes today. By shoes I mean shoes with uppers, not like Crocs.

I'm impressed at the strength of the adhesives, I didn't know there we so many layers. I think that die grinder must be the noisiest tool there, if they can one day switch to electric instead of pneumatic it would cut down on machine noise for the workers.

Одноразовая обувь. Раньше и задник и подносок делали из кожи. Сейчас из картона задник . А подносок совсем не клеят . Сама работала на обувной фабрике,потому знаю что к чему.

Русский ширпотреб, да, разовый продукт, в корее из качественных составляющих, материалов обувь надолго хватает, выбрасываю не из за того что они развалились, со временем теряют внешний вид, да и выбор большой кроссовок хочется поновее. Да и дороги в корее не сравнить, здесь грязь, лужи поискать надо.

미드솔 기술만 잘하면 우리나라도 괜찮은 상품이 나올거 같은데 소량 고급 런닝화 및 편한신발 세팅할수 있는 미드솔 개발이 먼저 인듯합니다. 발목 다리 과체중등 나이 먹어서 아파보니까 신발의 중요성을 느낍니다.
