Actually when artists erect something, they get integrated with their creations. Although they earn their livelihood by selling those eventually, sometimes it's tough for them to leave those/ sell those as they actually sell not a 'materialistic' thing, rather their emotions. I've personally experienced this many a times. The moment buyers appreciate artists' executions, it's a mixed feeling which can only be experienced, can't said in words!
