Good video, I personally lost 30 kg (66 lbs) in 8 months without losing muscle and strength. I followed a high protein - high fat - low carb diet. Losing body fat and keeping it off is easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂 I never did intermittent fasting and I don’t recommend it in the beginning. If you do intermittent fasting while being insulin resistant, you will most likely lose muscle mass and not body fat. This has also been scientifically proven.

Pcos can have curd ? Coz PCOS patients can't have dairy products. Plz reply mam , i jst love Amul masti curd bt due to PCOS some suggest do not consume dairy products because it contains external hormones
