Here is another diet plan for weight loss which can be easily followed by those who have pcod.
All the milk products given in this plan (paneer, milk curd etc) should be of low fat/ skimmed milk only.
Pls be noted that this Meal Plan was followed by one of our member and she was completely satisfied with her results. So if you want to get a customised diet plan for yourself along with weekly counselling with our coach, you may enrol in the transformation program. Hi Guys Due to some editing glitch, part of video where I shared rest of the breakfast options have got missing. So here are those options- 150 gm veg poha 150 gm veg upma 150 gm veg oats Which should have 100gm of raw veggies and 30gm of raw poha, upma and oats.

@@jagrutigandhi3216 I guess it's better to be done by a proper dietitian coz whatever is shown here is an example and individualized. It might/might not work for us. What I came to know is regular and frequent consumption of diary items needs to be reduced if one has PCOD. You have milk substitutes now-a- days..Tofu is a good alternative.

Mene pfizer vaccine li 26 June ko I was fully vaccinated. July and August ko mje bleeding kam hui. Last period 3 August ko start hua tha. And today is 6 September abi tk periods nhi aye. I'm unmarried ab mje samaj nhi raha mje vaccine ki waja se hua ha ya dubara se pcod hogaya😫😫
