Alongside intermittent fasting for 16 hours (I basically eat between 12pm and 8pm at the latest) I also have removed heavy carbs like white bread and dried pasta. I try to only eat fresh pasta in small portions and only sourdough bread. Added to this I have removed milk from my diary as much as I can. I try to eat only fresh meat and produce. Added to this I try to walk for 30 minutes a day to get some exercise.

I did my first fast a couple of weeks ago, I fasted for 55 hours, I am going to try to fast at least once a month, I need to loose weight.

@@YogiDavids I lost 8lb's and it has stayed off, with discipline having less snacks and reducing my beer intake ...
