Thanks. I am beginning to see why Pi and Beng co mingle so effectively here, and why getting the core motions and principles into muscle memory is so important. It's also very easy to remain stuck at the basic level for internal stylists, trying to impose the basic motion into the attack as opposed to feeling what the internal principles and the basic motion is trying to teach you. That's why your applications are so refreshing to see. Thanks.

thanks, @azlaroc12 , for me it isn't when I practice pi or beng by themselves, but when I connected them together within your body. it's sort of like they become one instead of two movements. My first teacher taught them as separate things, not one. I don't know if that makes sense. Sean
