Placencia is beautiful and the people are great. There are some good restaurants in Placencia. I believe most of the restaurants are family owned. I have talked with some of the owners that were heading back to their restaurants from the docks with the catch of the day.

I have never been to Belize. I am 56 and basically have my eyes open to get the h out of the states. I want to be close enough to the ocean to launch my boat for fishing and plain being on the water, the islands are beautiful but thinking not practical. I currently live in a 39’ 5th wheel trailer and am comfortable, so moving it there isn’t a problem. Through something out there, where should I look? Ideally, I want to purchase a couple acres within 30 minutes of ocean and convienieces
