I initially had the same thought as you, but when I re-read that text intro part, it does say "wait 24 hour after initial upload before re-posting it to any site." And the IH video was posted a couple days before this video was "re--posted" to KZbin. So while he did stream watch it within the 24 hour period, he did not "re-post" it to social media. I think there is a difference between those two interactions with this content. The first "re-posting a reaction video to social media", could "steal traffic", whereas people watching Nux streaming, would more likely drive interactions with that content? But maybe I am missing something.
