This half time show was about giving to Salvation Army and she personally gave $1 million. Dolly gave $1 mil. to Vanderbilt Univ. Research when COVID hit to try to find treatments. She started a worldwide book program for children all around the world. When wildfires burned out many ppl's homes in her native TN she once again stepped up to the plate and gave folks thousands of $'s to help tide them over in the initial impact.
