The "Ugly" jokes weren't jokes. Minzy said in an interview that it was said multiple times over the years to them by their company and opened the Korean public to critiquing their visuals too. It caused them a lot of mental weight and depression and because she couldn't read English, she had no clue all about all the nice things international fans had to say.

Whenever they released their comebacks, there were reportedly comebacks from other groups getting postponed because 2ne1 would always smash the chart and winning music shows award back to back (they're the ONLY girl group to this very day to have ever completed the most coveted Daesang awards of Mnet alone). Their award shows performances were the most watched. In fact, they once broke the ratings of Gayo Daejun with their performance (the ratings almost doubled within 5 minutes of their live performance). Last but not the least, they're the first EVER kpop girl group to have ever held a world tour and a successful one at that. They may have disbanded, but their legacy lives on. You forgot some things so here we go: -During 2016 YG was always promising a comeback for 2NE1 but then we only had the goodbye song. -Bom also wanted to keep the contract with YG but he just fired her out of nowhere. -Bom dissapeared because of the hate (you meant that in the video but you didn't explicit it) -CL and Dara are still in YG but he just doesn't give any solo comeback to CL since 2016. He's been keeping her in the dungeon and CL said that she already recorded more than 200 songs and 50 MV's and all of them were deleted. -Minzy during 2009-2011 went trough a REALLY HARD depression and Teddy Park was the one who helped her.

Yes, it was Aderall for ADD... I also have ADHD (Hyperactivity Type), but I don't take any medications, but know plenty of people that do. Bom went to high school (possibly also middle school?) and college in the USA. Even though not perfect, at least people in the US are more accepting or open about mental health. It's taboo, especially for idols, to talk about them in Korea. Even to this day, though slightly better, it's still not where it should be. I am a BLACKJACK. Since 2011 and now in 2019. 2NE1 was done so dirty. No other girl group can do it for me. There was something so original and special about 2NE1. They worked together so organically. They embodied the “girl crush” concept while other groups try to fit that mold. I wish nothing but the best for those girls, and will always support each member no matter what. My heart will always be hoping for a reunion. Thank you for this video. You left this one big thing about Minzy: she recorded a full album but YG didn't release it (of course, are we surprised about it? no) or AT LEAST release ONE song from it. Minzy shaded YG about this in one of Double Park's episode. Alsoooo, about CL&Minzy duo. YG never gave us another taste of this sub-unit after Please Don't Go. When did minzy shaded YG. I actually read an her letter upon leaving yg. She said that she will visit yg coz it's actually her home since childhood and yg is like a father. She will give her first album to him. And she said Yg told her to make it big and feel sorry for her.. Some people listens only to whatever their illusions are but they don't listen to the artist themselves. If ever yg gave back their 2ne1 names to them they won't make it big as before coz now is the new Era. We need to move on and be happy for them.

While watching this it made me tear up. 2ne1 was the first kpop girl group who got me interested and listened in kpop (when I was about 7 or 6 years old but now I'm 13). I also didn't know that they were a kpop girl group at first but after listening to more and music in 2018 I then realize that they were actually a kpop girl group. My tears won't stop falling.
