You'll have to do this drive again once the I-99 ramp construction is finished, connecting i80 and i90 directly

That's not part of I-99.

@@roadwaywiz And it's unclear when it will be. Most of it is numbered for I-99, however there are three (soon to be two) incomplete sections. Once the I-99/I-80 Bellefonte Interchange is done, they will probably start work in the Mackeyville area. They also need to build a bypass around the towns of Larrys Creek and Linden.
