www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Beginner Intervals Series. These workouts use intervals of 30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to increase your heart rate and let it recover just enough to keep you in the fat burning zone. This is the perfect series for those who are new to interval training as there are plenty of easier modifications shown and the work intervals are short. There is heaps of variety to help you increase fitness burn fat and sculpt lean muscle.
In Beginner Intervals Cardio Sculpt you will see lots of fun squat, kick, punch and jump combinations to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. You will use light dumbbells to engage your arms at the same time and will also see some mat exercises towards the end in order to sculpt your warm muscles. This workout has heaps of variety and will definitely burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. There is a nice stretch at the end too!
Fitness level: All levels
Equipment: mat and light hand weights (add ankle weights or a loop to make it more advanced)

I’m having a lazy day so started with this beginner workout. Used it as a dynamic warm up 😊. I was holding my 1 kg weights just to intensify it slightly 😊. I find this series perfect for beginners or lazy days 👍🏻. Thank you, Linda!

Good one to do with my daughter during social distancing: a good length for her. She enjoyed mirroring me, and I could see she likes punching!

Yes! An Interval routine that doesn't hurt my back/neck or make me dizzy from going up-down-up-down-under. You're the best!!

Added this on to your Stamina 50 Inner Thighs because I wanted to keep moving a little longer but wasn't sure if I'm gonna be able to move my legs after I'm done with my inner thighs 😁 so I added this beginner intervals and that was the very thing I needed! I used my 0.5 weights and 0.25 ankle weights. Thank you, Linda!

Used this one today as a warm up before your latest Resistance Stretching 😊😊. This was a really nice and dynamic warm up which boosted my both heart rate and mood up 😊😊. Thanks a lot!

Hi LindaThis looks really good if you want a lighter or recovery day workout. Also excellent for beginners!Btw how is the new box set coming along?

Yes, it is still a great workout. It definitely got me sweating. The new box set is at the replicators so Mary should have it in about a week :)

This was great! I am sore due to my first week back so I decided to do one more in this series to finish up my week. I really liked the kneeling work in this. I paired it with Stength and Grace Glutes and your Glute Bridge (the one for purchase, with stretching 13 min). I got 4 days in this week! Next week I am aiming for 5!!

Linda, I will respectfully say that your ‘Beginners’ workouts should be titled Beginners and Beyond. Because honestly anyone can do them! These exercises are basic and timeless.

Yes, I agree. It's Barlates beginners, which isn't necessarily other instructor's beginners level. I think with the extra modifications shown it can be taken down a notch though. 😀

Thank you, Linda! Your workouts are the best for me after my pregnancy. Now I'm doing your rotation plan and I see great results. Before I used to go to the gym. But your workouts are different and not easy. Thanks a lot😀

Linda Wooldridge Linda, I also have a question about warming up. As I have a small baby I'm short in time. I do your workouts and do not do extra warm up. Is it enough? Because in usuall workouts we do some cardio or stretches. And concerning your rotation- now I'm in week 6. How many weeks there will be? Thanks in advanced 😊

I do have a longer warm up on the youtube channel if you feel you need to add it in, but because in most of my workouts I use the first few exercises as a warm up you don't really need to do too much unless you are in a very cold climate. I will be continuing to add weeks to the rotations. I don't have a set amount in mind. I will keep adding them as I make more workouts 😀
