You will be performing lots of combination moves to really fatigue each muscle group so that you get maximum results in minimum time. These joint friendly workouts will help you burn fat and create a long, sleek physique without any jarring or danger of injury.
Barre Bootcamp Box is a combination of long lever ballet moves mixed with dynamic punches and kicks. You will challenge your balance and burn out your arms and legs with innovative combination moves that will leave you dripping with sweat. To finish there is a Pilates inspired core flow, which will be sure to expend any energy you may have left!
