Wow, Really needed this from them, as an intense AIC fan. It was the four of them together that created the majic. RIP Layne

I notice every time layne is brought up around Sean, you can clearly see it crushes him. Jerry and the other guys feel comfortable talking about layne, but you can tell Sean feels uncomfortable talking about it. So sad.

i love alice in chains but now my respect has increased for them because even though they feel layne's death was tragic, and so do i, they don't use his death as a reason to get more support, they use their music at least i think they do, lol

why was Layne depressed ???
@masteroflanguages45724 жыл бұрын
It's not that simple to explain. Depression is a mental illness.

What a stupid question
@neilpeartspurplenose87392 жыл бұрын
I would guess the impetus was a shitty childhood, then everything else just piled on top of that. Add in a severe addiction to a deadly, seductive hard drug, the pressures and temptations of fame, and you've got yourself quite the problem.

He wasn’t depressed. Maybe the last few years of his life, but he was a happy, fun, and light-hearted person. It’s just depressed people latch onto this band and as depression is a kind of narcissism and self-absorption, they see layne out front extremely talented and charming and flatter themselves by seeing something in common with him.
