I just realized their poses are ripped directly from the poses they use when talking candidly in their studios. Lol Also, the group name, "Now or Never Seven" in Japanese is "NeraNeba Seven" and I suspect it is a reference to "Shichinin no Samurai" also known in Japan as "Samurai Seven" and in English as "The Seven Samurai".

When Splatoon 3 came out, I remember when not even a week in, people were already making Splatoon 4 predictions. I made fun of them by referencing a nonexistent sequel, Splatoon 7. Splatoon 7 would be the ultimatum and I got a bit of inspiration from Mario Party 7 and the Sploosh-o-Matic 7 weapon. Now that Splatoon 3's final event is pointing to being an ultimate finale to the main trilogy, _and_ the number 7 is involved in the title of a special song, all I have to say is - wow, I haven't thought of that bit in a while, that was funny.

I think she was. After all, Marina is a mechanical genius but often shows a scatterbrained side, like when she wasn’t aware big man and ian bgm were the same person (side order dialogue). Or it can be all a farce, which i think it is the most likely options (aka they all faked it for a publicity stunt, just like big man wrote “big betrayal” himself). After all, fake dramas are indeed a thing in celebrity world
