Show me some of those supercapacitors he claimed were already in production then. Where is his graphene machine? Give me the patent numbers for the fifteen patents he claimed to have for solid state batteries, and the patents for the supercapacitors and the graphene machine he claimed to have. You have nothing, right? That is what Fisker will produce.

Fisker isn't doing anyone a favour here, he is doing this because he expects the resulting video to be more valuable to him than any alternative use of that time. I'm personally pretty allergic to the man; to me, he represents the worst of "style over substance", poor engineering, hype, and, a distant second to Elon Musk, personality cult.
@dojohansen1232 жыл бұрын
@@tribalypredisposed Agree! Fisker was a talented car designer - i.e. he was good at the *looks* of a car. He's probably a savy marketer too, but that isn't really a compliment since it basically means he's good at generating false belief... although it has to be said he is only a distant second (to a certain Mr. Musk) in this respect. But I'm convinced he is utterly clueless about engineering and proved that beyond all reasonable doubt with the Karma, which to this day must stand as the pinnacle of style over substance.

@@reintrandininskia Just a note any EV can charge from a 350kW charge point it’s the on-board technology which will decide how much of that the car battery can actually make use of. E-GMP platform vehicles like EV6, Ionic 5 and GV60 will be able to make use of upto 239kW however a Nissan Ayria only upto 130kW. The power curve -how long and how high the high charge rate can be sustained is key in charging efficiency.

@@BehroozShariati they have not brought a functional vehicle to a public appearance, and you think it is true they have production intent cars testing in Sweden? What they brought lacks a battery pack, a user interface, cupholders...so absolutely a lie. All those battery pack questions he said that they were not revealing the answer to...lie, they have not designed the battery pack yet so he doesn't know. They just got battery cells two months ago, no way anyone could have a battery pack design finished now. Saying that they chose their technology recently because of some genius master plan, lie, because they had eleven employees and no money up until the SPAC fraud, including one single engineer, and could not choose anything before a year ago. Claimed price, lie, the base model is supposed to be bigger with more range and more unique parts than the I-Pace made in the same factory but cost $37,000 instead of $69,900 for the I-Pace. Because a poorly financed startup run by a man famous for lying and losing money is getting way way better terms from suppliers than Jaguar gets? No, just a lie. Production in November, please, a huge lie. They don't have functioning prototypes now and it takes far longer than nine months to do the engineering validation and testing, and certification. They cannot have production intent for real testing and certification until they pay for the production machinery, stamping dies and so on, which they have not yet. Magna is not fronting them that money I assure you. Basically the entire interview is Fisker lying.

Lots of good questions! One thing I've noticed is how low the ceiling height of the vehicle is compared to people walking around it. Seems like it's not a very tall vehicle, despite Fisker saying he didn't want to design a fastback? I love the vehicle and plan to purchase, but I worry it's barely above average car ground clearance. The good news is easy access to a roof rack I guess! I'd also like to know if they plan to add a frunk at a later date. I think they're missing out positioning wise as an EV without one given Fisker doesn't sound like they want to make a larger vehicle. When you buy an EV these days, people expect more cargo room than a traditional vehicle.

Very cool! 🙌 I have a few questions, some might be answered already, but I'll give It a go; 1. Will it come with a trailer hitch and if so, what is the towing capacity? 2. Is the winter package optional for the base model, and if so will it include for heated steering wheel? 3. Is torque vectoring optional or standard? 4. Does it have free over the air updates and for how long? 5. Internet connectivity for media play and updates/remote diagnostics? 6. Is the radar system hardware fixed / standard for all the model variants, and if hopefully so, will the various functions be optional? ( Some safety features that comes from these AI systems are very competitive even if one should not go for the full system e.g. Autosteer or similar ) 7. Are there different types of seats? (Hopefully not making the same mistake that tesla did with the model s launch) 8. Cup holders and door bins? 9. USB w/12 volt connectivity for 2nd row passengers? ( Learning from the 2017 bmw 5 series mistake, lol) 10. If sunroof is optional, will this conflict with the possibility of a roof rack (tesla made this possible only for cars with sunroof 🤷♂️) 11. When thinking about quality concerns as experienced with early tesla adopters and knowing the Austria factory proves a long track record of producing high quality cars for other brands, is existing technology and safety IPs acquired from those brands to secure the right quality for vital parts I.e steering column / system, braking system etc. Or is all that designed by Fisker (It has been said that tesla partnered with Mercedes in the beginning to secure these qualities, which gave a somewhat comfort to early adopters) 12. Any chance for a HUD/ head up display? 🤓🚗 I have a strong feeling about this car and most certain will become a big hit! I'm getting one! Well done, Fisker 💪
