In this video, we aimed to understand how interview processes for aviation industry has and will change Post - Covid and how recruiters can leverage on online platforms to gauge the expertise and skill sets to identify the STAR candidates. We have also approached the interview process for service professionals from the point of view of the recruiters focusing on how they sieve candidates based on CV, Photos, Psychometric Test and different Interview Rounds. And lastly, this video serves as a platform for recruiters to share their achievements, opinions and experiences to enhance their social media presence and engage with the followers who can benefit from the content they create.
