I have a question, If I got accepted into top universities like UofT, UBC and I can't afford the fees, What should I do?? And also how poor students in your university cope up with unaffordable tution fees🤔
@RichardHan

@@z3elda653 Great question, so yes I understand that top universities have very high tuition fees (Especially for international students). However there should be a financial aid department within the university where they can help you out with your financial situation. Scholarships can be very helpful and maybe looking for government financial aid programs (if there is one) can be an option as well. If you want more information on how to get into top universities like UofT and UBC I suggest that you watch my video "How I got into University of Toronto & UBC". I hope I was able to answer your questions and if you have any further questions please let me know. I wish the best of luck to you in the future!

Hey Richard! Keep up the awesome videos! Wondering if you can touch on what specialization you have chosen and why?
@RichardHan

Great question, so Rotman Commerce students can pick their specialists starting from their second year. There are three main streams which are management, finance & economics and accounting. So in first year we learn the basics of all three of them which helps us to decide what to specialize in. I think I will probably specialize in management just like my friend Jack did. I really enjoyed learning about management and in my opinion it has the most freedom (in course selection) in all three specialists. I hope I was able to answer your questions and let me know if you have any further questions! I wish the best of luck to you in the future!

Hi Richard! Thanks for the videos they are all extremely helpful. I am currently a gr 12 students trying to choose universities (all business programs), and also planning to pursue law after undergrad as Jack is. However, since law schools value GPA a lot and UofT is said to have a relatively harder program with lower GPAs in general (correct me if I'm wrong I might get misinformed from rumours), do you (and Jack) think it's a disadvantage for UofT students if their final goal is law school? Or does the UofT brand help in the application process, especially in applying to American schools?

Great question, so I made a video on this called "Is it worth going to University of Toronto?" kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJnQi3iNepuUaZI and in this video I talk about if University of Toronto is the school to go to if you are thinking of going to grad school. So I highly recommend watching that video, and if you have further questions after watching the video please let me know. I wish the best of luck to you in the future!

Great question, I personality think all the campuses in UofT are all great. Although St. George is considered as the main campus I think both Scarborough and Mississauga campus has lots to offer to students as well. They have great programs and I also heard the atmosphere is great there as well so I have a very positive perspective on utsc. I hope I was able to answer your questions and if you have any further questions please let me know. I wish the best of luck to you in the future!

Depends on what program you are talking about. In Canada, we don't look at schools like the US but rather what ur area of study is. If ur speaking of life sci/social sci at utsc, it won't make a diff. If ur talking about business, comp sci, eng, financial econ, utsg is the best choice of UofT due to the more reputed alumni for internship recruitment

Hi... In average hkw many hours per day does he studies? 5-6?
@RichardHan
@RichardHan 4 жыл бұрын
Great question, I think he said he studies the same amount of hours as he spends in class to study outside of classes. Obviously he will study more during midterms and final seasons but he told me that's how much he studies on average. I hope I was able to answer your question and if you have any further questions please let me know. I wish the best of luck to you in the future!

out of all ivy league schools, i'm pretty sure harvard is the most generous with their financial aid
@abihagondal3540
@abihagondal3540 3 жыл бұрын
@@zoyavehra8257 There are generous financial aid options, but mostly in undergrad. Every law school is very expensive and that's why it's recommended that a person should only go to law school if they are absolutely determined to do so, as there is a pretty big social and financial burden
