I did not grow up eating broccoli or cauliflower so I knew I didn't like them. Back in the olden days when restaurants used to serve fresh hot bread, soup and salad with your meal, my husband and I went out to dinner for our anniversary. The "waiter" came to our table and set the soup down. He left before I could find out what it was. It smelled really good so I tasted it. It was so delicious, I ate every last bit. When he came back to the table I asked what it was. Yes. It was the soup you are making. I would recommend even if you don't like something in this soup try making it this way. You may be very surprised how delicious this is.

Made your soup it was delicious, the only thing difference is i added my brocolli in after you poured in the slurry, i didn't want it to be too mushy... "Thank You" for your recipe !

Alot of the time tallie i use instant potato flakes not much to my pot about a fourth of a cup and of course heavy cream comes out good 😅

Why do you try and cover up the brand, you can tell just by the can it's a store brand. I love the way you cook because I also a born and raised Texan from close to Dallas. But I hate when people try to cover up things.
