Rosette, I fully agree with you about exercise. I'm a slim lady, but exercise has worked better on my flexibility. Rachael- thx for sharing about the quantity goal. This was amazing. For helping me so true, every when I wank to kunoba I remember how he washed all the dirty stuff at the hospital as I was in the ward, the nurse actually ran to call him as I was pushing and he ran into the room after the baby took care of everything and went back to rinse and hang the clothes.
