my experience with Buggy was the opposite, didn't enjoyed him during impel down but really appreciated every time he appeared during marineford, he was a comedic relief that i needed in the middle of this war. I'm also the same way as you two when it comes to watching and how you react and process things more internally so i get you 👍 Happy new year!!

35:18 I suppose it's worth mentioning that Whitebeard's weapon is of the same grade, since this wasn't revealed in the series, but by Oda answering a fan question in the vol. 93 SBS. And as you can see, it's not a sword but a naginata, and it's name is Murakumogiri (Gathering-Clouds Cutter). Probably the length of a small bus.

Not that often people have predicted in advance what's going to happen with Ace, so it's interesting seeing how you guys react to the (in retrospect very obvious) elements of the lead-up. 😅 You're right I'd react more like you guys, but that the reaction feels *real* is more important to me than the specific reaction, as long as a reactor isn't going to extremes (either being underwhelmingly bland or ruining the moment by making a spectacle of themselves instead of appreciating the show itself).

Mihawk is not a good guy. People forget that. He kills.He is literally BORED and fights whoever he wants. Why would he not fight whitebeard. If he is able to kill whitebeard, he will, because it would mean he is too weak for him. The only reason he didnt kill zoro, is only because he saw potential for a great battle when he gets stronger so he can kill him later.
