This channel is awesome. It gives INTPs the brutal truth they need to hear about how the world works, in INTP words without any of the flowery language or motivational and emotional jargon. I love what you do bro, nothing better than the cold, hard, logical truth served to those who need it the most.

Being a leveled up INTP, im do glad to have tackled manyog my demons. I still feel so out of place but, i genuinely font give AF what ither people think now. My research and planning is finally paying off after much suffering. Now i have become a person who feels extremely uncomfortable when i do land ina spot where its smooth. I tend to move towards risks and failure. Can't say its easy but i know that suffering ends but, will always return. Keep at it, move towards responsibility learn what to be scared of and take risks. Bruises are great teachers 😂😂 Thanks for the intp insights. Keep up the good fight

Wow, i just discovered that i am INTP and it honestly made me realize so much about myself and my actions. I am currently living a life of crime, i always wondered how i ended like this but i did not even realize earlier that its rooted in my problems with authority. Friends always told me im the sharpest guy they know, and now its time to do something with my brain and make my dream of becoming a journalist a reality.

I’ve never felt so understood in my life ever in 32 years as I have since finding these videos on KZbin, lmao. My ten year gf and I listened to these last night because my demon came out the other night and it was a HUGE eye opener for both of us knowing why and what we both did to contribute to it. Our relationship just went into power mode. Modernity is to be embraced :D

Hey, Tyler! Nice to see you're back (I understand this takes time, so no pressure). Insightful and helpful, as always. The fight club analogy is just... relatable af lol Also, I wonder how familiar you are with the philosophies of stoicism, buddhism, daoism and existentialism... I've been learning about these for quite some time now and I just saw a bunch of their ideas on this video as well. They've really helped me on my journey and I think they can be an amazing system for INTP in navigating lyfe (a good alternative for nihilism, at least). Anyway, keep up the good work, my friend. I hope everything and everyone you care about is fine. Thanks for helping so many of us on this quest of conquering ourselves. You're keeping the sense of community alive.
@FindingYourSerenity3 жыл бұрын
Do you study Stoicism? It's helped me a lot and this video seems to have some foundation in that. Also, I just wanted to say that your videos are truly helpful. There are so many out there that get lots of views but it's all bad advice.

i do new, challenging and potentially embarrassing/scary things, because that feeling is temporary. and overcoming it is very rewarding. plus, i don't really connect with my feelings, so win-win. that works out fairly well for me. but there are some things where i just cannot get to start - i know i don't have aptitude for them.

And whats when I want to live like Diogenes?
@intpsurvivalguide24733 жыл бұрын
Haha I think INTPs can really identify with Diogenes, because we don't really fit into society well at all. However I have to say I don't really have an inclination to live like a dog. I think there are better ways to criticize modern society without going to that extreme

Weird i don't understand the concept of feeling bad because I'm feeling bad. I also don't really relate to ending the day and thinking omg why did i have a bad day. Am I in the minority? At a very young age i understood life was suffering. I decided to major and take a job in finance, i convinced myself that i will be okay financially since I'm working in finance. I do understand suffering to feel alive hm
@intpsurvivalguide24733 жыл бұрын
It is kind of difficult to grasp. Basically it is having a bad day, and Instead of just saying "shit I had a bad day" and moving on, some people will dwell on their mistakes. Social media can amplify this as well because you think everyone else has these great lives while you are missing the mark. I guess it is thinking your life sucks. Hope this helps

Everyday is absolutely miserable if your constantly caught in a situation where the water is boiling and you don't even notice it happening. We literally control our universe because we get to choose what everything means to us. If you want to start feeling better, get into the mentality of taking care of your body. I weighed 305+ lbs, was a smoker, and my definition of a good day was just shit not going sideways or blowing up in my face. I managed to drop 110+ lbs, and was still waking up hating life. I tried a different approach to nutrition in implementing a different nutritional protocol and decided that I was done living out of scarcity and decided to embrace the unknown, and 2 weeks into the protocol, it seemed like my depression simply magically lifted and had what to me for the first time in my life seemed like a, "good day". As much as it seems like it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense that focusing on taking care of our vessel would increase performance that drastically... but it'll feel like you're unhealthy body had a 4 cylinder engine, 1 chamber is completely blown out and the 3rd chamber is losing compression compared to running your body at what literally feels like 300% efficiency where your body feels like you're running a Formula 1 race car with a V12 turbo charged engine. You want to embrace the unknown to build and attract the kind of life you want, then you have to radiate infinite energy to take the unknown by the horns and mold it into the future you want, taking care of your body is the way you get there.
