can this ict job offer be used as valid job offer for bc pnp tech program ? bc pnp tech requires you to have a job offer with at least 120 days remaining and for one year. ICT jopb offers are usually of fixed duration ranging from a year to a few years, but perhaps they do not require a local recruitment effort, I am not sure this can be used for bc pnp tech program where employer also needs to fill employer job offer form where they need to mention recruitment effort details (although no lmia needed).

I applied through ICT visa and given biometric on 24tg June , till now this is showing in process except biometric/ passed medical exam , how much time they are taking to issue PSL now a days
