I just got diagnosed with this and this is the best explanation I can find if my condition. Thanks so much. I always wish there were more information. Is it possible to treat with methylated oral b vitamins? My doctor just wanted me to get the shot and didn't even think about oral methylated b vitamins.

What’s your serum B12 level? And what’s your RBC count, Hgb, HCT, and MCV?
