This has an equal or more powerful impact than any intense workout. To be able to flow in a continuous manner so calmly and gracefully , looks so easy. But it's only when one attempts it, he or she can feel the strength and perseverance that is required to attain this. Thank you so much Guruji. 🙏

Seems challenging in a positive way, I will definitely give it a try. One question: do you suggest doing this first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach)? Or it doesn't really matter the time of the day I am trying to practice that? Thanks and namaste :)

One of the best I have seen recently. Namaste Guruji - I have been doing the Primary series but as Rajib, there is still lots of tightness in forward bending asanas. I will certainly give your suggestions a try. I also find balancing asanas quite tough and I always fall off. What asanas/tricks do you suggest for getting good balance in standing positions?

Thank you Guruji ...I have been practicing primary series from your demonstration. I'm into my 2nd month of practice. Paschimottansana / Uttansana, I can't still do completely. However, the stretch is much better compared to earlier days. However, I notice that a residual backache continue through out the day, when I bend forward. Is it normal & with practice go away or I'm doing something wrong?Once again thank you very much for the inspiration.Regards,Rajib

Vinyasa is nothing but synchronizing your yoga movement with breath. only this way you may feel the union or Yoga.
