They are the reason I’m still alive. They found me during a time when I had been beat down by the world abused by my ex husband and left to raise 4 kids alone. I was physically and mentally disabled. They showed me that I was still beautiful and deserved to be loved and that I was brave enough to continue doing my best to raise my kids into amazing adults. Their music and dancing spoke to me. In a world where I felt so alone I found many other armies that were saved too and the bond we have now with each other is worldwide. I will forever cherish BTS for being the voice and words I needed. They are my go to when I’m feeling down.

The 700 awards were as of May 2022. They have now over one thousand awards and counting with 28 Guinness World Record. Jimin, one of the members just debuted as a solo artist and entered #1 on Billboard 100 with his main track Like Crazy. Just today, it was announced that his first solo album Face entered #1 on Billboard 100 and #2 on Billboard 200, Billboard Global and Billboard Global excluding the US. He made a history as the only Korean and second Asian to achieve this. So It's BTS against BTS. LOL! Suga is also releasing his solo debut album soon.

...and so, so much has happened since May 2022. Jin - The Astronaut, and enlisted in military Dec 2022. RM - new solo album "Indigo" which is a masterpiece (every song!). J-Hope - new solo album "Jack in the Box" and headline at Lollapallooza in 2022, plus a solo collab with J-Cole. JIMIN just came out with his solo album FACE and just reached #1 on Billboard 100 with the song Like Crazy. SUGA/AGUST D is about to release his new solo album "D-Day" and go on solo tour (sold out already in U.S. and other countries) in late April/early May. Jungkook mentioned in a live recently he started working on his solo songs now, but he has done Collab with Charlie Puth "Left and Right" (MV), "Bad Decisions" with vocal line and US producer Benny and Snoop Dogg, performed Live at, and co-wrote song "Dreamers" and did MV for, FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, "Stay Alive" produced by Suga for BTS' Webtoon called 7 Fates: Chakho. We think V is also working on his solo album, but he hasn't said much. Jungkook said in one of his own lives that he likes what V is doing with his voice these days, so I think that was a clue. J-Hope is about to enlist in the military next (officially announced). My guess is it will be Suga next after his world tour since he is second oldest in the group. Then probably RM, but he is working on another new project that he said was totally different than anything he has ever done and it would likely be released when he is in the military and probably next year. Then I guess by age it would be Jimin, V and then Jungkook to enlist. We've gotten so, so much content since they've been working on solo projects. I think they have scheduled stuff for next year so that we aren't without content when they are in the military. Only BTS thinks of their fan base like that as far as I know! Sometime in 2025 or whenever they are all out of the military is when we Hope that they will get back together as BTS, but only time will tell. Military has a way of changing people.

70 year old Army here. Great reaction as always! Btw, all your BTS inspired ideas for your band are super. You should go for it. 💜 Here is some news you might not have heard about. Coldplay X BTS were the 57th artists ever to DEBUT at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Jimin is now the 66th artist to ever DEBUT at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. They are among a small number of elite artists to achieve this including Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Aerosmith, Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Adele, and 57 others. He is #1 on 7 Billboard charts right now. 💜

Great reaction. Jin is a natural comedian and as "Rap Jin" he's the Worlds most underrated rapper. I think you'd enjoy seeing a "Rap Jin" compilation. 😃 ARMY singing "We are Young" at Wembly stadium is a goosebumps experience. I've been ARMY for 7 years and fortunately have seen them live. The fan chants throughout their concerts are epic. Especially the introduction. I wish surrounded by +50k concert attendees so you can imagine the sound the audience makes! I've attended hundreds of concerts but am forever jaded now. No one can do what they can on stage. 💜

Jimin says he wasn’t Good at anything when he joined the group! We all know that’s insanity! He had such a low sense of self- his accomplishments back then. If we’re being honest, he was the MOST talented of them all because of his versatility - he danced exceptionally in pretty much every genre of dance, sang like a canary - without voice lessons - basically invented a new genre of dance, combining all of his experience in those different genres and infused his expertise in martial arts as well! AND he was the most ripped out of all of them too (see him at 17 yrs old dancing contemporary? His body was unreal!!) He was a powerhouse! It annoyed me that after he gave that gut-wrenching speech about how they taught him everything and he was nothing, no one on that stage spoke up and said, Jimin, you didn’t come with nothing…you are so talented and we appreciate you too! But, look at him now! He’s exactly where he deserves to be! He was an Angel then and he’s still an Angel now!!’

That part of the guide always makes me sad. Jimin struggled for a long time, he wasn't happy with his voice & talent and people were calling him fat. Even Suga used to call him Boring Jimin because he was so intense about his work. Then there were the toxic shippers and antis calling him a girl. But he said that Jin helped him to enjoy life more, and he seems to have grown into himself now. 💜

honestly, the *protectiveness* of this fandom comes from the *hate and mistreatment* they've had to endure since the beginning. it gets nasty from time to time. there have been serious threats, which have affected the members. honestly, people go way too far considering this is "just" music. they might be bigger now than when they started, but there's *still a lot of mistreatment, lots of haters, biased opinions* . the *US industry is racist* , so are a lot of haters. they have *no industry support* and everything they've achieved is bc of their own hard work and army. nobody else. even billboard charts keep changing rules. after Dynamite, Butter, and Permission to Dance topped the charts (dynamite for 3 weeks, butter for 9), the industry felt threatened. it’s now harder for them to top the charts. you won't be able to convince me otherwise, that it wasn’t bc of bts. but army are trying to figure it out. unfortunately, in the US it's also A LOT about payola/radioplay, which bts barely get bc bts/bighit refuse to pay for all of that promo. they use their own platform & social media and trust army to spread the word & support. but you won't see sponsored ads for their music. army are streaming and buying forces though. we always make sure we do our best, bc there sadly is no industry support. we try to stream and buy as much as we can also bc we wanna give back as much as we can since they do so much for us with lots of music, free content, but especially bc they've helped a lot of us with our own struggles. btw, even in *South Korea, the media* does them dirty. we get mad at times, asking why bts have to even enlist, while some football (soccer) players get 3 weeks of military service and that's it for them. bts were strung along for a few years with the *SK government* "considering" an exemption. bc of their success, they didn't have to enlist yet. i think Jin (the oldest) still had a little before he wouldve had to go. but bts decided to f*** it and said they're going now, a year ago. and will all enlist this year, maybe early next year. the goal is for them to be back together in 2025. their exemption would've come with conditions. we all are looking forward to their government not being able to play with them as if they're puppets on a string. at least no one will be able to hold it over their heads once they're done. go and come back safely and in good health, bts.

Ignore some of the people commenting here. Coming from a debut (2013) Army... There's nothing wrong with you sharing the ways in which you relate to the guys, their journey, and their struggles. Personally, as a person who has never been involved with the industry, find your anecdotes interesting. It's nice to hear your insight and I love having that added perspective. Thank you for taking the time to learn about BTS, enjoying them (as we do), and dedicating time to making these videos despite your busy schedule. My husband has a band outside of our careers, and I know how much time making music, editing, recording, practice and gigs/touring takes up of someone's free time outside of the "day job" and other responsibilities. The fact you make time to react and then edit these videos on top of your other obligations.... I see you, my dude. And I appreciate it. *Edit for grammar

About the Young Forever song that ARMY sang for BTS, i was there at the concert and they had one song left in the tracklist - literally all of the crowd was crying and half the boys were crying and could barely sing sdfdsf it was funny and endearing and i cried all the way home :')

that's so real in the case of how bighit treats BTS but not all companies do that stuffs, kpop agencies is is kind of harsh and they commonly dont let the artist proactively doing their own music just cause the agencies think they know the market better than their artist. but bighit raise BTS to stay true to themself and to always speak their mind so that's why BTS is kind of relatable to us, that's how BTS build their own genuine fandom, so stay true to themself, thanks to bighit to always let BTS exploring and doing want they always want to

The fact that they came so far from where they started no one before have thought from any small agency that they can even be recognized this much not to mention bts took over whole music industry not only in Korea but whole world it is so thrilling itself they became an example that even small agency idols can achieve that which big agency artist can't...BTS PAVED THE WAY!💜

Omg!! I relate so much with that! Every time I watch their amazing choreographies I want to dance with them. I get up and try and I am terrible!! Everything about them is infectious. The beats, the melodies, their dance moves, their personality. Since I've became army their music is all I listen to. Their discography is so big and it's hard to find many I don't like. I can listen all day and not play a song twice. Your infectious as well. I love your energy and love to watch you fall in love with the boys. They are truly something special! Anybody who won't give them a chance have no idea what they are missing. Can't wait until your next video! I love the "Ah, shit, here we go again" at the beginning! Borahea 💜💜

Thank you for this reaction, you're always a fun watch. Your boy J-Hope joined as a dancer and learned to rap as a trainee. In an interview (somewhere!) he said that he had to learn to rap strongly because in the dorm where they lived, somebody was always dropping beats and everyone would freestyle rap. So I suppose he had to be strong or be invisible. Lucky he had the support of the two geniuses, RM and Suga. Early on when he left BTS, RM went to Bang PD and told him they couldn't make it without J-Hope. Aside from their music, the behind-the-scenes stuff and their variety shows cemented the engagement of ARMY with the members because they showed the offstage personas of the guys and let ARMY see that these are lovable, goofy people that they would want to have around. And they do spontaneous things during their concerts that win ARMYs hearts, for example, Jin's "heart events". I remember a clip of them riding hot air balloons during their Wings concert tour and among the thanks you's and I love you's V suddenly said "ARMY I have something to say to you" Then he screamed YOU ARE OURS! You belong to BTS and BTS belongs to you! The crowd just exploded. So yes, the kitchen vlog idea is great - let your fans see you as people they would like to hang out with. That mention of Jimin not liking to do vlives by himself reminds me of his vlive after one of their LA concerts (2018?). Jimin wanted to do a vlive but not just by himself so he hijacked Jin's dinner and had it delivered to his room (Jin was in the shower). Then he sent a message via one of the managers so that Jin would come to his room for the dinner and vlive. That was so cute; Jin came in his pajamas, hair still wet from the shower and found himself on-camera.

Every reactor I've seen that has watched the series is so thankful they did and can't stop raving about how well done it is. You will learn the history of K-pop and see the BTS journey from before debut to now.
