Sets of plyos usually go from 3-4 to reps of 12-15 Weight usually goes from 2-3 (without counting warmup sets) on a range of 6-10 reps.

How many days per week you should be adding this ploy workout? You should be trying plyo after your usual heavy workout? Thanks for these vids!! They really help out 😊

I started doing ply's at least once a week. I wouldn't recommend doing it after a heavy workout just cuz you want to be putting 100% of your effort into each plyo exercise. I would have a separate day dedicated to ply/performance/health

cant help but notice the lib tag.... my brother you have a 43 inch vertical with no training you do NOT need to be a lib. Maybe if you were 5'4 but you're touching the same height as some pros ;-;
