Many thanks and blessings to the women in Texas who saved the sweet mother dog from certain death. They are angels 😇 who rescued her and then drove her all the way to to Oregon. What amazing and compassionate people! The world would be a much better place with a lot more people like that! Also, Woody and Jesse and the cutest babies!❤❤❤❤

Our rescue chow had heartworms. Treatment is tough on the pup she had months long recovery I'm which he had to close our house to everyone. Because of her age the 1st treatment had to b stopped then a week or 2 later started again. The treatments cost a lot & even back then I think it was $500. And we never missed her heart worm chews from then on. 😢

I have 1 dog & 4 cats. Would love to adopt more except cash flow doesn't permit. All my animals are adopted. Please adopt, don't shop. And please, please, spay/neuter so as not to add to the many animals in need of homes. Thank you Lee Asher for your generous heart.

Same with me. I miss not having a doggie. They make your life so complete. I have health stuff too, and if something were to happen to me, I'd have no one to take care of a dog. I'd worry to much . Lee, you are the best human being ever. I’ve had 10 rescues over the years. It evolved that we end up with dogs with anxiety, and we ‘fix’ them by giving them unconditional love. I am always waiting for that moment when you can see total relaxation. It’s such a triumph to see dogs go from scared and anxious, to knowing they are with people who love them. It’s not always quick, more like years, but it’s well worth it.
