26:59 - The Epic 'design tab' is not really a lean business case... its just one element and its used to capture UX/UI design information for the epic. A lean business case would comprise several of the Epic tabs (value, benefits, details, spend, forecast -- especially)

Hi, can I know the difference between JIRA Software and JIRA Align ?

Great question! Jira Software is a team-centric issue tracking tool that has a lot of great features for Agile teams (like boards, dashboards, etc.). Jira Align is an enterprise tool that is designed to help large organizations scale their work and their scaled Agile process from the team level up through the enterprise level. When using Jira Align, the intent is for Agile teams to continue working in Jira Software while higher levels of scale operate primarily in Jira Align. There is integration between the tools to ensure that all users have the information they need to do their work effectively. In the video, Vicky dives into several of the modules included in Jira Align that are meant to help enterprises with recording, executing, and reporting on their work at all levels of scale.

Can we do Sprint planning for a team using any tool in Jira Align?

Hi Shweta, thanks for your question! Jira Align works best when syncing with Atlassian’s Jira Software as the team-level tool. The backlog view of the Scrum board in Jira Software is a great tool for the sprint planning process. Teams are able to easily visualize their sprints and quickly associate stories to sprints all in one view. As the teams are conducting their sprint planning, the information will sync to Jira Align as well.
