The recommended frequency of doing this exercise is 2 to 3 times a week.
If you’re looking for an introduction to the best online Pilates workouts for beginners, this Introduction to Pilates course is made up of extremely gentle and slow-paced classes making it ideal for people who are completely new to Pilates or have a low fitness level. With low-impact movements, Pilates is an extremely effective way to get a full-body workout without risking injury. It also makes this programme suitable for people with conditions or past injuries.
These workouts have been created in collaboration with fitness experts InstructorLive and range from 10 to 45 minutes.

This was absolutely fantastic- getting into pilates again after a back injury and these NHS workouts have been amazing. The instructor is incredible and I love the way she directs you without any pressure and also explains the terms in a clear way

These workouts have really helped me. The best thing is I can do them from home. As there are seven workouts in the introduction level I do one each day of the week until I am stronger and can move to the next level. Thank you Sam for your detailed instructions.

I heard about these NHS pilates videos of the grapevine and they are excellent. A good way to get into pilates, great selection of exercises, instructions and pace - thanks very much!
