The recommended frequency of doing this exercise is 2 to 3 times a week.
If you’re looking for an introduction to the best online Pilates workouts for beginners, this Introduction to Pilates course is made up of extremely gentle and slow-paced classes making it ideal for people who are completely new to Pilates or have a low fitness level. With low-impact movements, Pilates is an extremely effective way to get a full-body workout without risking injury. It also makes this programme suitable for people with conditions or past injuries.
These workouts have been created in collaboration with fitness experts InstructorLive and range from 10 to 45 minutes.

These sessions are fantastic, they definitely help you become more aware of what's going on in your body- I found the leg twists so much harder than I expected

I love these videos & keep coming back to do them over & over. I find when I start the day with a Pilates session I get so much more done as it energises me. Even my husband is getting involved. Thanks for making them they’re great
