This video demonstrates pilates exercises that are suitable for those with knee problems.
This 33-minute class focuses on strengthening the knees and improving mobility of the knee joint.
Doing pilates regularly can help to improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
These fitness videos have been created by InstructorLive and range from 10 to 45 minutes. Please note that these videos are recorded sessions of previously live webcasts.

I had Knee surgery a year ago, this is quite helpful! Also as a Martial Arts Instructor I find the seated leg extensions are are genius for kicking training.

Thank you. I had a bad fall and shattered knee cap and have plate in knee about year and half ago. Needing more surgery soon. I liked your exercises. Felt good. Thank you.

Thank you Sam, yes I do suffer with osteo arthritis in both my knees, I am truly grateful for coming upon your video. Not sure why I have pain in my calf but I notice it is invariably after dancing the night away🤣🤣🤣????I sure will keep up this practice. Thank you and God bless🙏 Big Love💕

I am so pleased I have found your video. I am waiting for results of scans and hopefully a knee replacement. Until a decision is made I wanted to do some specific exercises for my knee. Could do most, but not the ankle on opposite knee or standing up. Any alternative for the ankle on knee?

Thank you so much for this much needed exercise. I’ve been walking dogs for the past 8 or 9 years, which has put so much stress on my knees and one has become quite painful. I’ve been doing some gentle Pilate, and your knee exercises is going to add to my routine workout. Much appreciate it.

I need to get a new knee, but I have been refused because I'm 49 so my doctor said about strength exercises for the knees, just wondering would these exercises help/work
