Definitely love to see more content on this type of training. Maybe a whole series literally working from the ground up.

I started Parkour because of you in 2018 because you explained and presented it as a natural thing, not as stunting. Every time I click on your video and see your smiling face, Ronnie, I get taken back to 2018 and that Parkour beginner feeling in me resurfaces 😀 More videos, please!

Since I first got into fitness, all I cared about was looks, but as I've grown, I have started to appreciate fitness for practical/fantastical scenarios much more. Lifting odd objects, climbin', runnin', jumpin', body control, skills, balance, cognition and so on. Ronnie, I beg you to expand and elaborate on this subject. I first discovered ya when I was 9 and followed in another account, but since I moved to mainly using another one, I stopped caring about Parkour. Today I rediscovered your content and fell in love with it even more than before since I appreciate your physicality and expertise much more. Ronnie, thanks for all the good moments you have caused in my life.

Let's go your back happy to see you again
@thesoundofparkour4 ай бұрын
So happy you're back! I think this can be very interesting because you can train in two different ways. One would be testing out 'parkour moves' in the forest. The second would be really exploring the body and connecting with nature through movement without necessarily doing 'parkour tricks'. I feel like this is what Leo does a lot of the time ✨
@ronniestreetstunts4 ай бұрын
You're right, for me it's more than just the parkour, but I think that's what brings a more interesting appeal to it.

There are many different and unique types of natural environments. It would be great if you could do tutorials on what movements and style of parkour is most effective in each environment. There are many different possibilities.👣

I love this type of stuff... I've carefully done some on my own, not barefeet, but just creating small lines in nature based on the beginner level I'm at in terms of parkour. I look forward to more of this and appreciate that you're gonna still do both the Tree AND Street stunts :p Each has its flavour. :) Maybe you should actually change channel name to "Ronnie Street (& Tree) Stunts" :p

hey ronnie! i just wanted to say that you were a big part of my life for a while, i binge watched your content and learned a lot about parkour. i am now developing a (hopefully) new parkour style with the goal of getting from point A to point B the fastest way possible, no matter the physical exhaustion. would you have any tips for someone like me?
@ronniestreetstunts2 ай бұрын
Thanks! I've trained like that before, I would just say work on cardio and constency of your moves at different speeds. You don't want to slip up while going that fast and intense.
I definitely would love help learning how to do this

First of all, what the heck are you doing in Georgia?!? You are right next to me! I am in southern Alabama we could have trained! Lol secondly I know that the “primal“ parkour is getting a little popular right now it is kind of a trend, and I follow Rafe Kelly and others who do it, but I can’t stand mosquitoes and bugs and the sweltering swamp heat of the south east and there is a lot of trash and broken glass and other things to worry about. I think it is a little more hazardous than street parkour but I do understand the Value of it
@ronniestreetstunts4 ай бұрын
Yeah I agree with you, definitely more bugs and hazards to deal with, but I just accept that as a part of the natural experience and also increasing my environmental awareness helps mitigate some of that.

After all this foot training, how bad is the situation with thorns and similiar things? Answer would be appreciated.
@ronniestreetstunts4 ай бұрын
I still try to avoid stepping on thorns or any sharp objects, I'll avoid areas with a lot of trash to avoid potential glass. I'm not bothered by stepping on rocks, roots, pinecones, things of that nature.
@nikapanda1604 ай бұрын
Don’t you get splinters or just sharp debris in your feet? Like how did you transition to being able to do stuff barefoot in a forest?
@ronniestreetstunts4 ай бұрын
I got a couple of splinters in the beginning, but now it rarely happens since my feet are tougher. Tough feet combined with more environmental awareness.
