The key to the universe is power so we do interval resistance training we don't take much of a rest between sets we do this at a rapid pace by doing this we develop power

After seeing the superbly designed human body muscle groups I don't see how even a half wit could believe it was all an accident of evolution. There had to be a super intelligent designer!

after reading your comment I once again realize that so many people do not understand evolution... do not understand science and want to stay uneducated... maybe because it is super comfortable to believe in a "designer" so you don't have to go the hard way of studying and learning. Sad.

any suggestions for exercises that work the lats? didn't see any in here? although I thought seated row could work lats depending on your grip/elbow position? also curious what someone with hip impingement could do to strengthen that area

What is it called when your chest muscles are always pulling the shoulder forward to a hunched position? Is that weak rotator cuff or weak chest or little of both? Maybe push-up progressions where you’re actively pushing the lateral end of the collarbone/shoulder away from the floor would help lengthen and strengthen the short and tight chest muscles to help relieve this chronic fatigued posture?

It sounds like you’re actually overworking your pectoral muscles and neglecting your back! Often times, people will oncentrate on the pectoral muscles (chest) with benchpress and push-ups but do very little to strengthen the support muscles in the back like the trapezius and rhomboids that will pull the scapula up and back. If available, try doing rows or reverse flies.

@@DoctorKlioze I can’t really do one push-up well (aka tricep push-up with elbows by torso). I can sometimes lift an inch off the ground while trying to lift the top of the shoulder to keep from sinking..

Well there's a difference between strength and power the force mandelion the force is actual power the power of the universe which is quite different than strength strength and power we have speed and velocity we have the timer interval training between the time that you left to wait and the time that you the rest. Between it and then again lifting the weight again so if we do it rapidly at a fast pace we will develop power if we develop a slow pace we will develop more less strength if we develop the equation have to be s a times w equals p should be the equivalent of
