This is the introduction to Shihan Bolz's exercise video -- the exercises and stretches are the same as those done in Shihan's martial arts classes, but done slower and with more complete explanations. The strength training entries (arms, abs, and legs) are aimed at the less fit (wall pushups instead of floor pushups), but even karateka need to start on the wall for some (e.g. sho-ken, nakadaka ippon-ken).
